Earlier this year, around March, I purchased a brand new Toshiba Portege convertible, the one with the twisty screen. It works great for what I need it for, and it gets abused on a regular basis two and three times a day, thrown in a laptop bag, bounced off of restaurant tables and seats, and generally neglected. And it is still going strong, far stronger than the Sager or Alienware ever did.
