My Dad is driving me up to Alexandra Palace tonight so I can set up the table at the Microfair. Will have a couple of new games for sale. This is going to be my third Microfair and I’m hoping that this time around I can find a publisher to work with.
Have you noticed how when you state a fact or answer a question, the person who didn’t know, calls you the retard? “Well I didn’t know that, did I? Retard!” It has got to be some kind of mental defense mechanism to make themselves feel better at your expense. Also, when uttered in a social… Click to continue reading the remainder of “Ignorant or retard?.”
I like my coffee, the same way I like my women: “Hot. Strong. And bitter.” As opposed to: “Ground up and in the freezer.”
It is said that blind people have a more acute sense of hearing to compensate. It is why people with no sense of humour have such an acute sense of self-importance.
Summer’s here and I’m working on a new roasting blend for a lighter coffee through the hot weeks. Stay tuned. Also, we’ve now officially sold out of the “8-oz bagged beans” so if you order those in the future, realise there will be at least a two days delay until I can get more coffee… Need to read the remainder of “Lighter roasts ahead?” Click this link!
Government mandated backdoors in to secure systems and encryption algorithms is the equivalent of a government mandated requirement to put your spare key under the mat at your front door. It’s official, after 12 days I have run out of the 4-oz baggies of coffee. I’ve got 37 of the 8-oz bags of beans remaining. Seems that not too many people have coffee grinders. Duly noted. Will order more 4-oz baggies of Justin Lloyd’s ground coffee by Friday. If you have already placed orders, hold… Yearning to read the rest of “Coffee ran out!?” Click this!
Such nice words you cheeky bastards! 🙂 Okay, I’ve ordered more coffee, going over later today to pick it up. Having to nick my Dad’s car to do the run because carrying that much coffee in a rucksack on the motorbike is just not gonna fly. I’ve got enough 4-oz bags coming in to fulfill… Looking to read the remainder of “Thanks for the thanks?” Click this link!
Yes, that is a misspelling on purpose you twits. I am now in the business of micro-batches of Justin Lloyd’s very own coffee. I decided to go with 100 4-oz bags of ground coffee, and 50 8-oz bags of beans as a start to see how well they sell. Each label is hand drawn and… Need to read the rest of “I’m a coffee coin-esseur?” Click the link!
Got chatting with a local coffee roaster in Llandaf about very small batches of coffee, what he called micro-batches. So apparently I can buy 50lbs of coffee beans, mixed and roasted to my specification, in 1lb bags, slap my own label on the bag, and flog ’em. I need to think about this… What’s the… Yearning to read the remainder of “Coffee!?” Click on this link!
