Yeah yeah, I know it’s only October but I am discontinuing the light roasts and shifting to a dark roast for the Christmas season. Expect the dark roast Christmas blend to run from 1st November through to 20th of December at which point in time I will figure out something else.

The darker roast, which I have been working on with Jeff, is very palatable. Very in your face. Jeff describes it as “bold.” I would describe it as “this is coffee for people who like the taste of coffee” whereas the lighter roast was for people “who like the smell of coffee.”

If you aren’t sure you would like the dark roast, order 8-oz of light roast before November 1st and I will throw in a free 4-oz pack of the dark roast espresso grind with your order.
